The duo of Tyler Perry and Janet Jackson is dynamic and should always try and work together. From Why Did I Get Married, to Why Did I Get Married Too, Janet has shown that acting may have been her first calling. That is why there are hopes of Janet signing a contract to play a role in Tyler's next filming called "For Colored Girls.
It is already confirmed that Jill Scott, Halle Berry, and Angela Basset will cast in the film. As we all already know, these are top actresses that will not let us down. That's why Janet should also be casted and so our fingers are crossed for the confirmation.
The filming has already begun in November and looking to be released late 2010, early 2011. Tyler is really on a roll with these movies and the greatest thing about them is that while you're tickled by the comedy in them, there's so much advice and wisdom to be obtained from them.
The full title of this movie is
"For colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enough." This was orinally a stageplay back in 1975 by Ntzotake Shange, and in September, Shange teamed up with Tyler Perry's 34th Street Film production for a film adaption for "For Colored Girls".
I haven't been too disappointed by his other movies, and if Janet lands a role in this one, it would be twice as great of a movie!
Will there be another "Why did I get married...". There is the first and the second will there be a third? (Maybe titled Why did I get married again).

ReplyDeleteHello, I just look forward to why did I get married 3 - tryin times, I would say is a great Title because, you have shown some hard times, but keepin the relationship in top shape is the tryin times, example: when the sista men are temped by sexy white girls, but a sista proves to still be the queen a brotha needs. great movies. Hope I will get my chance! Keep on keepin on.
